You want your client’s ideas to translate to the best product and design for them. Between the many design decisions and best laid plans you need it to be the best laid floorplan and set of design instructions.
We want to assist your process to make things run smoothly with cutting down on the “homework” for the client. With the 2020 design software, elevations, product specification and selection help our design rendering services will best translate your client’s vision in a simplified way.
Step 1: Zoom Meeting
A complimentary Zoom meeting or emailed set of drafted blueprints can be scheduled, to review the scope of the project. Rendered Homes can best suggest the design service plan that fits the ultimate needs of your client and your timeline. Within 24 hours of the initial zoom meeting, we email an estimate on the design package suggested.
Step 2: The Work Begins
Once you decide to move forward, we will send you a contract that outlines your deliverables and a 50% deposit is given to get started on the initial meeting and development of design with your client.
What does the first meeting look like: An in depth design survey is reviewed, walk through of the space or blueprints with you or just your client. A wish list is generated and initial style and products are discussed.
Step 3: Draft Delivered
We will email you and your client a rough draft with black and white perspectives of your design to approve to continue with the final design. Once the design is approved you receive final prints. An initial Client and designer meeting assists in answering crucial trade questions. During this final design stage we will be communicating back and forth by email, phone or text to make sure we got it just right.
Depending on the full design services selected, deliverables may vary but sent in a printable or shareable format.
Step 4: Design Plans Delivered
3D color renderings are our favorite part and bring your space to life with your design colors and details.
Once your design is finished we ask for final payment.
We will then send you the deliverables outlined in your service contact via email in a PDF file.
If additional in person meetings at the job site are needed we have additional hourly rates available. Need a change, decided to add a shopping list for product or want to add on a new space to design? No problem, we will have suggestions for “beyond design only” services.
